Heritage Digital will deliver the Goods to the address that you enter when you place your order Please be precise about your address when placing your order to prevent any delays with delivery.
If there are any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible by contacting us at [email protected].
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the Goods arising after being delivered to you.
Unframed prints
Every effort will be made to dispatch the Goods in your Order within five (5) working days and in any event within 28 days from receipt of your Order.
Framed prints
Every effort will be made to dispatch the Goods in your Order within fourteen (14) working days and in any event within 28 days from receipt of your Order.
Delivery charges to the UK
Delivery charges vary depending on the size of print.
Unframed prints: from £4.50 to £6.90
Framed prints: from £6.10 to £21.90
International delivery
Delivery prices for international orders can be found by adding items to your cart and visiting the checkout.
We deliver worldwide, with the exception of the below destinations:
Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Romania, Ukraine, Morocco, Turkey, Macedonia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Albania, Serbia, Indonesia, Uganda, Russia and Nigeria.
Tracking
Your order will be sent by a tracked service. If you do not receive tracking details for yoru delivery, please contact us and we will send these to you.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
Cancellations
Unframed and framed prints are bespoke and customised goods. The prints and frames are made to order according to your chosen options for size, paper type, frame type and colour. As such, these Goods cannot be resold by us and do not attract the cancellation rights that typically apply to a distance contract.
You may cancel your order prior to production and you will not be charged for your order. Production normally commences within one working day of receiving your order. Please telephone 0115 838 6175 or email [email protected] immediately if you wish to cancel your order before production commences.
Returns
If an unframed or framed print is faulty or damaged when you receive it, you may return the item for a replacement. You must notify us of any fault or damage within 14 days of receipt by emailing [email protected].
If you are unhappy with the quality of the printing or the framing of your product please contact us to explain why and we will offer to replace it. We reserve the right to deduct up to 50% of the price paid for an item if it is returned and our offer of a replacement is not accepted.
To return an item to us, please email us at [email protected] and provide the following information:
(a) your details;
(b) your Order number; and
(c) a photo of the damage or fault both of the item and of the packaging if that is damaged.
We will arrange for a customer returns form to be sent to you.
In all cases we will only refund to the payment card used in the original purchase.
